Jade and Karim are excellent hosts and we had a fantastic stay at their apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The street is quiet but there are many restaurants and bars within a short walk. The location is very convenient for visiting the sights in Paris. Jade’s communication was excellent. She quickly answered any questions that we had and also reached out to ensure our stay was going well. We would definitely like to stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to Paris.

We throughly enjoyed the entire experience. Karim and Jade were gracious and and communicated well. The airbnb included 2 levels. Each with its own living room. Nicely decorated. They provided several nice touches including a coffee maker and laundry facilities. Great location! Close to 2 metros. One of which was a 1-2 minute walk. From either metro we easily accessed all Paris attractions within 15 minutes. Both a grocery store and bakery were within a block. Many restaurants to choose from. Only half a mile from the river Seine and the Hotel De Ville. We suggest taking the Batobus from this location. We highly recommend Karim’s airbnb to enhance any stay in Paris.

Unique accomodation, very clean, thoughtful extras and very comfortable. The cinema room was a hit with the kids after long days discovering Paris.
Very well located in the centre of Paris. Walking distance to several metro stations. Close to all amenities including restaurants, cafes, groceries and a nice little boulangerie just around the corner. We immensely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
Jade’s place was great. Super spacious and very clean- looks just like the pictures! The area is ideal, with the Metro so close by and amazing bakeries + drink spots to choose from. The street is private and the only noise you may hear is when school is getting started for the day. Jade was super communicative and very helpful with recommendations and assistance when we needed it. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it for anyone looking to visit Paris
