General Rental Conditions (GTC)
These General Rental Conditions define the rules applicable to the rentals offered on our site.
1. Booking Terms
The reservation can be made via the site, subject to availability and confirmation. Payment can be made by Credit Card.
2. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
– In the event of cancellation by the tenant, this action not not be applied to the Non-Refundable type of payment. All bookings will be automatically stored in online booking system without cancellation. For Refundable type of payment, if you wish to cancel your reservation three weeks before the start of your stay, the reservation money can be refunded to you with a 15% commission without any excessive procedure.
– In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be made.
3. Rental and Occupancy Rules
– Maximum number of tenants : 8
– Animals and smokers: Prohibited
– The tenant agrees to respect the premises and the neighborhood.
4. Deposit and security deposit
Not applicable.
5. Liability and insurance
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused during the rental. Civil liability insurance may be required.
