Welcome to our 100 m² apartment, ideally located in the historic Bassin de La Villette district.

Facing west, the apartment charms with its period features: moldings, oak parquet flooring, and high ceilings. Its clever layout makes it a pleasant living space.

Accommodating up to six people, our apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends.

The space

Literally right outside the metro station, this 100m² apartment includes:

– a fully equipped kitchen (dishes for 12 people, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, combination convection oven and microwave, gas hob, pots and pans, wine glasses, champagne flutes, double-door refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, tea towels, etc.)
– a large 40m² living area comprising a dining room and a dining area with a table seating up to six people, a living room with two 3-seater sofas for watching movies on a smart TV (Amazon Fire TV, requires an Amazon account, and you can use your Netflix, Molotov, myCanal, etc. subscription),
– a hallway leading to three bedrooms and a bathroom, namely:
– a large master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190cm) with hotel-quality bedding and a wardrobe, providing direct access to a bathroom with toilet and bathtub,
– a large bedroom with A queen-size bed (160×190 cm) with hotel-quality bedding and a wardrobe,

– a small bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×190 cm) with hotel-quality bedding and a wardrobe,
– a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine,

– a toilet with a sink.

Bed linen is provided (80-thread-count cotton percale sheets and a 400 g/m² duvet), along with a set of towels (one large and one small) per person.

The following are available:
– a travel cot,
– shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

The entrance to the accommodation is secure and accessible independently.

The entrance to the property is secured (anti-infraction window), and under video surveillance.

Its exposed stones and vaulted basement create an authentic atmosphere and offer a unique experience to immerse yourself in the rich heritage of Old Paris.

Sleeping up to eight people, our place is great for families or groups of friends looking for a memorable stay.

The space

Accessible directly through the street, this former shop consists of two levels.

The ground floor has:
– a dining area with a large table that can accommodate up to eight people,
– an area to rest or sleep with a 160×190 sofa bed and a smart TV (Amazon Fire TV, requires an Amazon account, and you can use your Netflix, Molotov, myCanal, etc.), with a foosball,
– a space with a 140 x 190 bed,
– toilets.

The basement, ventilated, windowless, has:
– a games area, a wardrobe with wardrobe,
– a small space with a freezer,
– a kitchen area, fully equipped (dishes for 12 people, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, plunger coffee machine, toaster, kettle, traditional oven, induction plate, pans, pans, wine glasses, champagne flute, refrigerator, dish towels, etc.),
– an area to rest or sleep with a 140×190 sofa bed and a connected projector (Amazon Fire TV, requires an Amazon account, and you can use your Netflix, Molotov, myCanal subscription, etc.),
